The CPC 100 is a universal testing device for electrical diagnostics which due to its light weight, robust design and single phase connection is ideal for commissioning and acceptance tests. 800 A or 2 kV can be fed into the primary side, which can be increased to 2000 A or 12 kV through the use of additional amplifier modules. A wide range of frequency selective measurements can be performed as well as the determination of numerous transformer parameters, such as ratio, burden and polarity.

The Omicron CPC 100 is a powerful device which can perform testing on numerous substation components via an uncomplicated user friendly interface. It can provide up to 800 A or 2 kV on its own, or up to 2 kA or 12 kV with the use of amplifier modules, along with up to 5 kVA over a frequency range of 15 to 400 Hz or 400 A DC. The CPC 100 features a variable output which allows the use of test frequencies different from the mains frequency offering a very effective suppression of mains-related interference for use in noisy environments. The CPC 100 can also test unconventional current transformers and integrated IEC 61850 systems via the use of sampled values, commission protection relay systems, analyze power lines and HV cables, perform grounding systems tests and when combined with additional modules perform tests on rotating machines, switchgear and circuit breakers and GIS systems.
