GE Sverker 750 Current Injection Set
The Sverker750 set is rugged and reliable for field use with both stand-alone functionality and the ability to synchronize two or more units allowing the operation of a basic 3-phase test set. Designed to make relay testing more efficient, the Sverker750 has a logically laid out interface, options to display numerous measurements simultaneously and built variable voltage, phase shift and frequency options.
The GE Sverker 750 current injection set can be used to test virtually all types of single-phase protection especially secondary protective relay equipment. It can test three-phase protection that is able to be tested one phase at a time, protective relay systems that require phase shifting, and automatic reclosing devices. The Sverker 750 features many functions that make relay testing more efficient. Its powerful measurement section can display time, voltage, current, Z, R, X, S, P, Q phases and cost, and the voltmeter can be used as a second ammeter.
Designed to comply with EU Standards and other personal and operational safety standards, the Sverker 750 also features a serial port for communication to a PC. The output transformer is equipped with built-in temperature protection and the primary side is protected by a miniature circuit breaker. Both output ranges are divided into voltage steps of 10V that are steplessly variable.
Brief Specs:
Applications
- Relay Testing
- Plotting excitation curves.
- Current and voltage transformer ratio tests.
- Burden measurement for protective relay test equipment.
- Impedance measurement.
Injection Types
- Maintained: Injection continues without any time limitation.
- Momentary: Injection continues only as long as the button is depressed.
- Maximum Time: Injection stops automatically when the preset maximum time is reached.
Filtering
When filtering is selected, five successive readings are averaged.
Off Delay
Turning off of generation can be delayed after a specified time interval expressed in mains-frequency cycles.
