What are your branch operating hours?

All branches operate from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

What are your calibration lab locations and operating hours?

Our calibration labs are located in our Perth and Brisbane branches. They operate from 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

What rental periods and price breaks are available?

Rental periods are available from 1 day up to any required amount for a long term project. Price breaks are for 1-6 days, 7-13 days, 14-29 days and 30-90 days. Any rental prices for periods above 90 days are determined on a per hire basis.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments as well as operating 30 day trading accounts for approved customers.

Is the supplied equipment calibrated?

Yes, all of our equipment is fully calibrated with the certificates able to be supplied on request.

What equipment delivery and return options are available?

You are welcome to collect and return any equipment from our branches yourself, either in person or via a courier company. We are also able to deliver and collect any size shipment to any site address within Australia or internationally. Site delivery/collection and any urgent overnight freight costs are charged to the customer.

Are you able to provide operators with the equipment?

Precise Facilities is an equipment rental and maintenance provider. Our sister company Powertech Services is able to provide staff to operate any equipment in our inventory.

Can you service my test equipment?

We are able to calibrate and repair a wide range of test equipment either in our labs or in larger quantities through one of our on-site solutions. Please see our Calibration page for our calibration labs capabilities.

What container solutions can you provide?

We have a fleet of containers for equipment stores, labs, workshops, permit huts and other uses. We can also provide custom solutions to suit your needs.

Do you provide insurance on your mine spec vehicles?

We can provide insurance on all of our vehicles within our acceptable use policy.

When does my rental start and finish?

Our conditions of rental state a rental starts when the equipment leaves our premises and ends when it is returned to one of our offices with all accessories in the same condition it was rented. However in practice you can talk to our friendly staff and depending on equipment availability you can often pick up equipment late on the day before hire and return first thing the day after hire and only be charged for the full days in between.

Are weekends and public holidays included in rental period?

All days are included when calculating the number of days on rent.
